Inspection tables are used to inspect products and to sort them manually. Conveyors are designed according to the required capacity, conditions of individual operations, product sensitivity and any other requirements clients may have.
The conveyor has a height-adjustable construction. Sorting desks are composed of rotating rollers that ensure a smooth movement of the product. Also, they rotate products to check them visually. The inspection conveyor can be equipped with a central waste drain eventually the drain can be placed on sides. The rollers can have rubber coating to ensure the gentlest handling of products that are sensitive to mechanical damage.
Inspection tables are designed for 4-8 operators (configuration depends on customers option) and rollers material can be following:
